I'm sending this because I told Tim that I'd pass on his progress news 
(second mail below) to his branches, so that everyone on his branch would 
not fret and page him individually (only his direct branches) ... Note 
progress as follows ...

I apologise for my tardyness, I was all ready to go about two months ago but
my downstream would not respond to my emails for a while he is now waiting
for me so it is both our faults. I will try and get a set down to my first
downstream over the next week.
