[Powderworks] We should really move powderworks to a forum

You have some alternatives if you go to
www.cs.colorado.edu/pipermail/powderworks and reset your preferences. If
you have forgotten your password, Tim sends them out on a monthly
basis. You can get a daily digest (one e-mail) or you can not get e-mail
at all and check the archives on a regular basis via the web.
