Sorry it took me two days instead of one to get around to this!

The three winners have been chosen and notified - if you missed out, sorry, 
better luck next time!  I received 25 responses for the three CD's, so 
there's plenty of demand out there for this one.  (Memo to the 
band:  release the entire show on DVD)

Two of the three recipients are going to offer more copies to the list - 
one of those is in the UK and one in the US, so it should get around the
