[Stephan Jänsch]

Hi folks,

today I purchased the D+D album on vinyl again because it contained a 
beautiful foldout poster with three live shots of the band and a chapter of 
Andrew McMillan's "Strict Rules" on the other side. This wasn't with the copy 
I already had. Was it just missing in my old copy or wasn't it regularly 
included with the album? The number given on the album and the poster is 
460005 1. Does anybody know any details about this?
