OK - I'm just getting around to ordering a copy of "Willie's Bar and Grill"
for myself.  Anyone know what the difference is between the older and newer
versions of the paperback (besides the # of pages)?
The version published in 2003 (ISBN: 033036412X) has 256 pages.
The version published in 2004 (ISBN: 0330364707) has 336 pages.

Anyone in the US have an extra version to sell to save me shipping changes
from Australia?
