Rob Hirst Oils Up For The Kelly Gang

Former Midnight Oil drummer Rob Hirst continues his post Oil's activity as
part of The Kelly Gang.

The Kelly Gang features Hirst on drums, Rick Grossman (Hoodoo Gurus) on
bass, Scotty Aplin (Waikiki) on bass and is fronted by Jack Nolan.

The band was the concept of Jack and Rick. It was born in Rick's Randwick
sunroom a few years back. 

Their album 'Looking For The Sun' was recorded at Paradise Studios with a
little help from another Australia hit maker Billy Field. 

Friends who came along for the sessions include Midnight Oil's Martin
Rotsey, Hoodoo Gurus Brad Shepherd and John Swan (Swanee).

The Kelly Gang plan on taking the show on the road during July.
