The recent discussions about phone ringtones got me to
thinking.  My spooty phone only will accept polyphonic
MIDI files for ring tones.  I have the converter that
converts general MIDI to the scalable MIDI that the
phone needs.  What I don't know is how to get the
general MIDI.  If anyone has any suggestions or
technical knowledge that they would like to share, I'd
be all upon.
