Steve Waugh - Australian cricket captain who has just retired after 18 years
of representing his country. The most successful captain in the history of
cricket who revolutionised test cricket into the state we see it today -
much more aggressive & therefore interesting for the audience.

Not to mention his hefty charity workload, which includes being patron of a
leper charity in India, where he is worshipped by millions.

A worthy winner in my books.
