[Powderworks] ANMOC: Finn Brothers tickets?

Dear UK workers,
my lucky day: saw the dates for the Finn Brothers in the UK, decided though I love them there is no way I can make it and for some reason this cheap airline offered tickets to London for 40 euros (return fare). So, I'll be on way, but I have absolutely no idea where to buy tickets online. Ticketmaster.co.uk? I saw the tickets are 28.50 GBP there. Ouch. Is that an ordinary price? Is there any way I could return the tickets in case I won't be able to make it (which could, unfortunately, easily happen)? Thanks much for your help.
