Hmmmm.... same venue as made 'famous' with Elvis Costello's blistering 
re-make of 'Less Than Zero'...

...consulting my vast resource library (read that as: "Pile of junk")...
the show was broadcast by CHUM-FM,
it was on Thursday 5th April 1984,
Oils came on at 11 pm (or thereabouts),
and it cost 10 bucks (!!!)
(anyone get a shirt???)

  I sent an e-mail to the Music Director of the station that recorded the 
gig. She told me she was present (lucky so&so!), but
  couldn't remember the date. So it appears to be lost to the mists of time, 
unless there's an Oils gigography somewhere on
  the web going back that far.
