Let's get real people.  The likelihood of any publisher wanting to
publish Rob's book in NA is somewhere between zero and a snowball's
chance in hell.  Apart from Oily fans, no one in NA knows who Rob Hirst
is! On top of which, his book is Australian, and thus unlikely to
attract many buyers in the U.S. (or Canada for that matter).

Here's to buying it over the internet!
