Pardon my ignorance, but what on Earth does 'Blog' mean?? (I presume that 
'blogging' is performing the act of 'blog' more than once??)?

I've had a few e-mails sent to me, recently, with the message 'Iraqi blog', 
and haven't had a clue what on Earth 'Blog' is.

I assume it ('blog') is some form of protest or dissent...
