If all you negativists used your negative energy a little more creatively, for example by clicking on "View seller's other items" and "Read feedback reviews", you might realize that this item is being sold by a dealer specializing in jewelery, and that he has been selling stuff on e-bay for quite some time with lots of positive feedback.

I do believe that this is a genuine item.
