I have the full version of WS_FTP Pro (i.e. -- the version you have to pay for), and am able to get into both sites with no problem.  By contrast, if I just try to use Internet Explorer, I cannot get into either site (using the Windows XP operating system).

So the idea of trying an alternate form of access is probably worth checking out.
