Trust me on this one Beth...find a copy of 'Songs From the Rain', put it on 
when you're having a bad day, and put it to track number 4 (there are quite 
a few other tracks that do the trick too, but I like this one in 
particular)...it does wonders!!!  You won't be able to keep yourself from 
feeling happy and it may even make you want to dance. ;-)
