I saw part of an interview with the 3 men on MSNBC. They said that they did
not mention September 11 or September 13, nor did they make any jokes about
anything related to those dates. They also claimed that they did not "run
through a tollbooth", and asked to see a videotape of the incident (which
police claim to have). Curiously, police have yet to release that tape.
Does "innocent until proven guilty" not apply to EVERY citizen of the United
States? Especially when NO charges at all have been filed against them? If
they had "run through that tollbooth and eluded chasing policemen", you can
be sure they would have been charged with something.
