a station (now defunct) in philadelphia, pennsylvania, called wdre - 103.9, used to play "drums of heaven", "truganini" and "outbreak of love" a good bit. unfortunately, that station died out in the mid-90's.

thanks,
greg

"Drums of Heaven" did get some airplay on WXRT Chicago in advance of the
release of ESM, so it wasn't completely ignored by US radio. I think WXRT
had 6 songs from ESM in its' rotation in '93. See you at the next Oils show,
Todd! Jon

Well, if a promo single exists, that does mean that it was intended to be a
single.Drums of Heaven was a single in the US but never got played! It
wasn't until Truganini came out that ESM got airplay in the US. It took a
long time before I found out the DoH was indeed the first US single off the
album.
