 Nina,
You are right. I just read the review, and that guy has no clue! The only thing he was right about was that he was the only one who felt that way. Because the fans loved the show. There will always be differences of opinions, and it's impossible to convince everyone.
However, the true Oil fans will never be discouraged by some stupid review, we will always love Oils. For example, I wrote the local radio station and let them know about Capricornia, they have not even returned my e-mail.
Anyways, WXRT radio 93.1 in Chicago does play the Golden Age quite often, I heard it again last night. No matter how many times I hear it, it always brings big smile to my face, and I always sing along!
Hey, I even converted my mom (she is in her 60s)! Now she likes Oils, and always asks when will they play next. Her favourite CDs are Breathe and Capricornia.

this review is just too ridiculous for words. i mean, does the guy think
peter rants about environmental issues without an incredible knowledge of
what he's talking about?? the review makes peter sound like a rambling idiot
- what!?? i think this critic is by far the worst!

oh, but he loved will hoge (whatever, will hoge is ok, but kind of
run-of-the-mill and "safe" for mass consumption)
