i took the comparison to mean strictly in terms of music - on their last album, u2 got back to the sound of 10+ years ago...alot of people say they've kind of returned to their sound of achtung baby!  similarly, alot of people are saying that capricornia brings the oils back to their sound of a decade ago (blue sky mining, etc...)
