Ok, Giffo lives in Byron Bay and owns a bikini shop called Wicked Weasel.

When the Oils played two nights at the Great Northern Hotel in Byron, 15th and 16th August 2000, Giffo took over bass during the encore while Bones went off taking photo's with his digicam. He did a great job considering being out of the band for so long. There's a picture of me and a few other 'Workers with the "six" Oils backstage on the second night.

I had heard the same, that he was tired of the road and decided to step down. I do recall that some pictures from the "BonesCam" were posted on the Oils' official site and there was one set where "Giffo" sat in with them. (Bones was taking the pictures) Can't remember where or when, but it was on the 2000 club tour after "Real Thing."
If anyone hears that they are indeed adding a date for Chicago on May 2...keep me posted.
