Fellow workers,

Well, I pulled a good one tonight.  Chain of events as follows:

11:35:  sat down to watch Letterman, had the blank videotape in the VCR,
sat holding the remote with my thumb hovering over the Record
button....actor Adam Arkin was
introduced as the first guest......

....and the next thing I remember was hearing all this applause, opening
my eyes thinking, "yeah!  the musical guest!  Go Oils!  This is IT!"
only to see that.....

Whoa.
That's not Midnight Oil.
That's not even David Letterman.
That's Greg Kilbourn.
It's 12:35am.

I (long stream of obscenity deleted) SLEPT THROUGH THE WHOLE SHOW!!!!!!!!!!

I am not a happy camper right now.

Can somebody please catch me up on how it went, what they sang, etc.
