Actually, to an outsider like me it looks like neither side is very good at 
trying to solve the matter by negotiating instead of violence, so blaming 
just one side does seem a bit wrong. Certainly if you are being blown to 
pieces it makes some sense to use force, but obviously it only offers a 
very short term solution.. not really a solution at all unless everyone is 
killed. And that would just be a very bad solution.

Not to mention "the rules of western civilization" leave MUCH do be desired 
in the first place.

Feels like a reasonable solution - I doubt there will be peace in the area 
until something like that is achieved.

I think polls like these mean absolutely nothing. 73% of any population 
probably don't even know well enough who Arafat is to have an informed 
opinion. I'm in the 31% anyway.

Yeah, I think a song on the album written about That would've been really 
sad. Not something I'd want to listen to several years from now.
