Breathe was recorded partially in the Big Easy (New Orleans, Louisiana)
with Malcolm Burn producing. Malcolm's mentor was/is Daniel Lanois.
Daniel Lanois produced Emmylou Harris's Wrecking Ball.
I remember talking with Buddy Miller about his recording with the Oils.
He said it was great because the members were all very nice and
respectful.
George

Nathan.
He recently produced Emmylou Harris' Red Dirt Girl album, which I think
is great, so I guess he was the connection that got her to do backup
vocals on Home. Does anyone know if that is how that came to be?
