in particular, it's the area around Papunya, which is where the Warumpi 
Band come from and the main area covered by the Blackfella Whitefella tour.

the Oils went back to Papunya for a few days camping, jamming and bonding 
just before they kicked off the "Real Thing" tour in 2000, so i'd guess 
that's where the roots of this song were formed.
