Some of you have been interested in the similarities between Star Trek 
and Midnight Oil, as summarized in one website.

Here's a sad addition.  They have both come to an apparent end in the 
same month, December 2002.  The "Star Trek ending" part is just my 
opinion.  I walked out of the latest movie (supposedly the last Next 
Generation movie) realizing that I have probably outgrown it, and even 
if they do make another one, I will probably not be interested.
