[Powderworks] Total Guitar's top 100 guitarists (NMOC)

This list is crammed with flavor-of-the-month band guitarists who are far 
from singular, and any one of us could easily whatabout the many great 
artists who are not here.

I suspect that part of the issue with lack of notice of Jim and Martin has 
very much to do with two things:
    * Most of these guitarists are associated with major mass money market 
bands hailing from the US or UK
    * The two of them are hard to individually separate - the MO sound is 
not a one-guitarist sound but a true two-guitarist sound.  It even seems 
from the tab discussions that the traditional rhythm/lead duality is 
non-existent.
But these "top n lists" are generally pretty vacuous anyway.  Virtuosity in 
artistic endeavors can not and should not be quantified.  Its not a 
competition, and most of us know good art when we hear it.
