[Powderworks] capricornia second hand

Heya,
I was in a second hand shop at Venice beach and saw they had a few
copies of Capricornia. After buying it, along with the Truganini single
(UK), I know why! This album is definitely not my favorite on first
listen. But, how long has it been available that the second shop has
'em already?
