I have been a huge Who fan for over 30 years, but I decided not to pick up
the
tribute album to them because I figured why listen to someone else do their
songs
when they do them better. I just don't see the point. The only tribute
albums I've
ever bought were the Elton John one, because the Who covered one of his songs
on it, and the Grateful Dead one, because the Oils are on it. I figure I'll
pass on
the Oils tribute because like you said, nobody does them better. (Besides,
it
probably won't even get released in the States).
