I have been informed by some colleagues at work that the NJTransit bus 139
(Lakewood) DOES have late night service along Rt. 9 to NYC/Port Authority.

Looks like the last bus to NY is around 1:20 AM with buses once an hour
before that point.  Buses to NJ leave gates 321/322/325... Check the
schedule very carefully..Service is once every 5-10 minutes during rush
hour.

This may be the best bet for NYC patrons without cars.

Also may have messed up one of the directions... Matchaponix may be called
Pergola ... but it is marked as County 612.
