Yes that is correct. A common misconception about schizophrenia.
Schizophrenics have delusions, hallucinations, and bizarre behaviors among
other symptoms.

I hope you're not confusing schizophrenia with multiple personalities - a
very common mental health mistake/myth. Schizophrenics hear voices, I
believe, but don't have multiple personalities.
