since i started this whole silly thing, i thought i'd better come in here 
and try to stop it again!

Rob most certainly sang Last Plane Out live (or at least he did on the one 
live performance i've seen), so it's probably reasonable to expect he sang 
the album version too.  especially if Travis says so, since he does seem to 
know about these things.

i'm not really sure where i got the idea that Rick sang it from.  i'm 
pretty sure someone on here said that at some time.  or maybe i just got 
mixed up over someone saying he wrote it.

and if New Freedom Ride is any good, i expect we'll hear at least bits of 
it in the new Oils material.  after all, part of the original Dead Modern 
and Paid For turned up in Cemetery In My Mind, the whole Last Of The 
Diggers started as a Ghosties song, and the "I still believe in you" line 
from Luritja Way was also in a Ghosties song last year.
