    I was doing the christmas shopping last week and saw a book shop
  that had hundreds of copies of the Blue Sky book for sale. The shop
  is on Bourke street in between Queen & Elizabeth streets Melbourne,
(don't remember the name though, some sort of bargain bookshop!) they
  were between $2.95 and $3.95 each.
