I suspect the office may have stepped in or management. Whilst the band are not fans of bootlegs as long as no money was being made on something that has not been given the green light by them, they accepted trading/swapping of them.

This would not have been approved by the band.

It looks to me that all our concerns may not matter---the LP is no longer included on the RSD website or lists, as far as I can tell.  Maybe the misprint did it, or maybe Culture Factory didn't really have the rights.  Who knows.
