Oh dear - I thought The Incomparable held the crown for Star Wars overanalysis, with their 90 minute discussion of a 2 minute teaser trailer (https://www.theincomparable.com/theincomparable/295/). But that really takes it to another level.....I might have to check it out ;)

Will check out this Oily podcast too, obviously. Can never have too many podcasts in the queue, really.

Excellent - I'm a regular listener to the Star Wars Minute podcast - which breaks down and discusses the SW movies a minute at a time - and thought a song by song Oils series would be pretty cool. But a lot of work!!

Downloading the Comfortable Place on the Couch podcast now.

Cheers and thanks for the heads up

G’day all

If you haven’t seen this yet, a couple of guys (in Canada, I think?) are doing a series of podcasts in the leadup to the big tour, looking at each album in the Oils catalogue.

So far they’ve done only the first album, and I really enjoyed listening to their thoughts – they are fans but also musicians so give a good informed perspective on things.

So if you might be interested, now is the time to jump on board and start listening! http://darrenfoulds.com/podcasts/ is the place to go.

Perhaps if enough of us listen we can use the podcasts to provoke some discussion here on their opinions, which were all pretty sensible even if I didn’t agree 100% with some of them!
