How much was it with shipping to the UK?

Unexpectedly, (as Fishpond.com had said production was delayed) the Michael Lawrence book Midnight Oil - The Power and the Passion was delivered yesterday by my postie here in the UK.

It is a big full colour coffee table book dealing with the chronology of the band and its performances, lots of pictures of ephemera: tickets; posters; news clippings photos and the like.   Lawrence has gathered together mountains of interview material and reviews at every stage of the band's Progress(sorry!).

Plenty of notes about classic performances down the years that are known and unreleased but that he reckons should be part of any future archival release. :)

I really hope they play some good dates here in the UK next year - seeing these guys live is on my bucket list.
