"The books have been sent back to Melbourne warehouse but the person organizing this is at Allen & Unwin in Sydney is waiting for them to ‘receipt’ the books and issue codes, and apparently there is no way to pre-order, we just need to wait.  Shouldn’t be much longer and apologies it’s taking longer than any of us hoped it would."
