The original Australian cassette that I bought had You May Not Be Released on it, but the CD didn’t.  I can’t remember when I bought the CD but it probably wasn’t immediately on release.

And it was on the Blue Sky Mine single – cassette and CD version.

I don't ever remember seeing You May Not Be Released on any cassette version of Blue Sky Mining. I think it was only released in very limited quantities on CD in Australia and only indicated on a sticker on the front cover. It's very unusual to find this version of Blue Sky Mining. ‎Is this correct?

As people have suggested, GH was not on the Aussie vinyl edition of D&D.  It was the flipside of the BaB single.  For mine, Sometimes is the album closer, GH is a bonus track.  This was repeated with BSM.  YMNBR was included on the CD and cassette, not the vinyl..it was also the flipside of the BSMine single.  Antarctica is the closer, YMNBR is a bonus track.
