If they intended to release such a token effort, it would be out already - everything up to BSM has been remastered, and I don't think RW, The Real Thing or Capricornia need a remaster, so that only leaves 2 more albums to do (plus Scream in Blue, but I don't know if there is any potential to remaster that. I suspect we're more likely to see an all-new live compilation than a remastered SIB).

I'm quite sure we'll get more. I don't know how much more though - look at the Hunters and Collectors "Horn of Plenty". They gave the fans pretty much everything they could possibly want in a box set....and it ended up cluttering up CD shops for years. I think I bought mine for $50, and I saw it cheaper later.

Hi all

There's a website‎ called Super Deluxe Edition (http://www.superdeluxeedition.com) that talk about all the new deluxe edition and ask fans what they'd like to see in it and then petition the record company to get their opinion across. It has worked in some cases.
I'd love to do something like that.
If the Oils released their boxset and it only had the albums remastered and a bonus disc of the remixes I'd probably break down and cry.
Probably if we petitioned this we'd end up with a list of every single live show recorded in both audio and video and every single recorded studio performance, out-takes included.
