Wow. Sorry to hear that.
Shane was my "inside man" in the industry in the 90's. He was the one who got me involved in Spies' first web-site and email list around 1994 and then got me a few back-stage passes at Oils shows later on around 97-99.
Shane at that time was an epically involved fellow at the ground level in all these bands' on-the-road operations. It's no wonder the bands are keen to pitch in and help.
Hope it all goes well and Shane, if you see this message, here's to a full recovery. You're a good man.
