Try this:

1.       Download and install a bit torrent client if you don’t already have one. I recommend uTorrent http://www.utorrent.com/

2.       Log in to Dime

3.       Read this: http://wiki.dimeadozen.org/index.php/DimeFAQ:DIME%27s_Cautions_for_New_Users

4.       Find the show you want to download

5.       On the page for that show, click the link above the description, to the right of the heading “Torrent file”

6.       Download the .torrent file, then open it up in uTorrent

7.       Let uTorrent do its thing

Once the torrent has finished downloading see if you can work out what to do from there. If you’re stuck ask again.
