The whole show was webcast, and a portion of it was on TV.
 
The TV portion was included on Vol 1 of the Anthoilogy compilation DVD, which if you can use BitTottent is still available at http://www.yeeshkul.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14638
 
I have the full webcast files somewhere but they are pretty low quality.

I was not aware it existed on dvd. iirc, it was only ever streamed over the net and I am not aware of anyone who captured it, let alone converted to DVD. but if such a copy exists I am happy to be proven wrong and would out up my hand in request as well

Wondering if anyone has the Cold Live At The Chapel show from 2002 on DVD?  I had it on my computer which crashed and I lost everything.
 
Email me off list if you can burn one for me, I will pay all costs.
