Well, out of my order of favorites for Breathe (E-Beat, Bring on the Change, Barest Degree, Star of Hope, Common Ground, Gravelrash, Underwater), it's at the bottom, so I don't quite hate it. But Breathe is also one of my least-favorite Midnight Oil albums.

However, I never listen to Outbreak of Love nor One Too Many Times, either, and Shakers and Movers tends to rub me the wrong way... though, I'll admit to not listening to most of Blue Sky Mining much. Not that it's a bad album by any means (Hey, I'm not COMPLETELY off my rocker here...), I just don't seem to wind up listening to it... seems that 10-1, Place, and Redneck Wonderland come up more for me.
