Despite being busy both with negotiating on climate change and trying to help free an Oz exec apparently held hostage in China, Mr Rudd finds the time to come out and publicly "contribute" to a proposal, being canvassed by the Environment Minister, to stop climbers risking life and limb and bladder over-extension on Ayers Rock/Uluru:
