He's selling actual CDs, not recordings from the list. Now the fact that they are European bootlegs and could get him in hot water is his choice. It happens all the time on eBay and unless someone turns them in eBay doesn't do anything about it. Some bands actually have people watch eBay and contact them for stuff that cannot be sold to be taken down but this is probably not the first or last time that this will happen.

I didn't think this was legal, let alone acceptable in the ethos of the
Powderworks list. Previously shows have only been only traded, not
boxed and sold.
Comments anyone?
