i remember the Princess gigs well,

it started smoothly with tell me the truth on acoustic guitars (like on real thing) and ended a couple of hours later to the best steam train version of Kosiousko i 've just about ever heard...

and pete was drinking Tooheys red on stage that night from memory....(not sure why i included that??)

On the topic of seated venues, is this true?
 
When the Oils played Melbourne's Unplugged gigs at The Princess Theatre, I heard that the crowd was too rock n roll for the venue and that the Oils were banned from playing there again!
 
How totally cool
 
But we were just dancing, we werent trashing the joint or anything. i think the venue was used to sedate audiences watching Phantom of The Opera and such.
