Whether this T shirt is justified (at least in a climate change 
context) depends on something we may never know (at least until the 
30 rule on releasing Cabinet discussions is up) - how he argued in 
regards to this :

One would hope he argued in favour of something meaningful, not this 
pathetic copout. Of course, he is now bounded by Cabinet solidarity, 
and ALP rules (don't cross that floor!) to tow the line publicly. 

However, I wouldn't be surprised if there's the odd leak or two from 
disgruntled Ministers or backbenchers regarding their unhappiness 
with this sh*t sandwich.

Perhaps he'll communicate in code by organising this year's 
parliamentary choir to sing Hot hot hot....
