Check out the spinal injuries inflicted on the little kid up 
on dad's shoulders about a minute into the song. You can't 
mosh with an infant on your shoulders!

You can see her again just before the two minute mark, raging away on the
ground.  Probably can't quite see the band over the people in front, but she
doesn't seem to mind!
