I heard today that they sold the 40,000 tickets to Waveaid in 3 hours and
are now considering releasing some more tickets.

We will keep an eye out for any news and also local papers as invariably
someone has bought a ticket and changed their mind.

Would suggest you contact www.ticketek.com.au to see if and when they might
be releasing the additional tickets.

I live in the UK, and am flying out to Sydney to see the Oils. I have
got a ticket for the warm up gig but can't get any for Wave aid on the
29th. My mate has a ticket in the Green section. If any kind soul out
there has a ticket for the green section (though I'll take any as long
as I can get in). I'd be gutted to be in the UK and miss the gig, but
to fly all the way to Australia and not get a ticket would be worse.
They are going for silly money on ebay unfortunately, and are out of
my pay limit.
