As PGa said, people's opinions change over time.  Or as secret agent
Hillary Flammond put it in "Top Secret" - "People change, hairstyles
change, interest rates fluctuate".  You may remember her.  A member of
the French resistance, her uncle, born in America, was "one of the lucky
ones who managed to escape in a balloon during the Jimmy Carter
presidency".
