For those of us in Europe: amazon.co.uk offers it (rather expensively) @ appx £20, while bigwentertainment.com.au is both cheap and quick... (they will also value all parcels @ AUS$20, which is awesome for those of us in (or at least with postal addresses in) countries that demand you pay a lot of tax on any imported goods AUS$30....)
